Brad Cooper, the commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), said Iran had exported \u201czero barrels\u201d of crude oil, attributing the halt to what he called an \u201cironclad blockade.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cooper described the movement of crude through the Strait of Hormuz as a major milestone.
